We'll be at the Expressive Arts Stage at Happy Place Festival over the weekend. The creative writing session will guide you through short exercises to reflect on the things that bring you joy.

Join Theresa Lola, poet and founder of Your Envoi, for a curated evening of thoughtful connection and live poetry. The evening begins with guided prompts from Your Envoi’s conversation cards, with the audience invited into a space of dialogue and shared reflection. We move into a live reading of Theresa’s work and a discussion led by host Leon Rehman. Come with a curious and open mind.

A week long poetry retreat in a Grade II* listed building at the iconic Tŷ Newydd centre in North Wales. Theresa will be leading alongside award winning author Cecilia Knapp. There will be group workshops, one-to-one tutorials with feedback on your work, and guided exercises that draw out interesting ways to approach your own poetry. This is more focused on craft and is ideal for intermediate level.
